Delicious breakfast and QUALITY service. Appreciated the suite and the way it was setup. 15 minutes walk to bus station. Had nice dainties at Shinanoji, located very close to the hotel.
Nothing it was perfect.

Easy base for a 2-night stay. Sunny balcony was a good bonus. In the middle of the city, very convenient. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals...

We liked the entire ryokan, including staff and service. A private kitchen was a big plus.
